Nutritional strategies for optimizing performance of elite women athletes

In this edition of Sports Tomorrow Congress, performance and nutrition merge into one interrelated track to focus on female football. The double track will run over the course of two days.Join us to investigate the latest discoveries in sports nutrition and performance.

Topics explored in the Nutrition-Performance track include:

  • Gender Physiological differences, as well as differences in optimizing training and conditioning training.
